Set up the forward (5 minutes, on a screen share)
You add a conditional-forward rule on your line: when no one picks up, the call routes to my AI. Works on AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast Business, RingCentral, OpenPhone. Every carrier. Your number doesn't change. Your customers dial the same number they always have.
For the pilot we use backup mode: only the calls you'd have missed get forwarded. Your normal phone setup keeps working exactly the way it does today. After the pilot, you choose: keep it as a backup (forward only on no-answer), or switch to full replacement (every call goes to the AI). Your call, no extra charge either way.
